Three steps, the same every time.
Thirty days to the first running system. Then you pay on what it saves, measured. Then we run it and keep improving it, for as long as it pays.
01 · The first thirty days
We spend time with the people who actually do the work: estimating, dispatch, billing, the office manager who knows how it all fits together. We follow one job from first contact to final invoice and write down every place it gets typed in again.
What comes back is the first system, running on your real work. With it comes a written list of what else is worth doing, each item carrying what it is worth a year in numbers you have agreed.
$10,000, invoiced only when the first system is running.
The first system is included.
If it is not running, there is no invoice, and the list is yours to keep.
02 · Measured
We build alongside your software, not instead of it. The estimate that used to be typed again into the accounting software now moves across on its own. The change order that used to travel by email lands where accounting can see it.
It is tested on jobs you have already finished, so you can check the output against numbers you already trust. We adjust it until the numbers match.
From then on the system counts every job it handles. Billing starts on the estimate you agreed before we built it. At ninety days the fee resets to 20% of what the system actually saved, and holds for the rest of the term. It can go up or down.
No charge to build. We carry that risk.
20% of what it saves, measured at ninety days.
A $500 a month minimum per system covers running it.
Every month the invoice and the scorecard are one page. For each system it shows what the work would have cost by hand next to what you paid.
| Example · the monthly page | Estimate to job costing |
|---|---|
| Estimates carried across this month | 212 |
| By hand | 71 hours, $3,550 |
| You paid | $710 |
| By hand since go-live | $26,600 |
| You paid since go-live | $5,320 |
| Still done by hand | 14 estimates, sent to your team as exceptions |
03 · Run and improve
Businesses change. A new location opens, a platform updates, a process moves. Every live system is checked every morning, usually before anyone on your side is in.
We re-test your systems against new AI as it arrives and move them onto whatever does better. You do not have to follow any of it. We tell you in plain English what changed and what it means here.
When a vendor pitches you an AI product, forward it and we will tell you whether it is worth it here. If a cheaper tool can do what one of our systems does, we will say so, and our fee on that system goes away.
Included in the 20%.
Your data stays in your accounts.
Turning a system off is free.
You stay because it keeps paying, not because you are stuck. The terms are in the agreement, and we walk you through them on the call.
