Chris started CXD in October 2025, building automations and agents for his own consulting practice first. The owners he worked with kept asking for the same thing: AI explained plainly, and pointed at something real in their business.
That became the practice. He works with owners to find the constraint that is actually costing them time, then pilots one automation against it. The pilots that hold become the builds, and the work has grown from there.
The person on the call is the person who sits with your team and oversees the build. There is no handoff to a delivery team you have not met.

We work with operators between roughly ten and fifty million in revenue: trades and contractors, multi-site healthcare, property and holdings, and professional services firms that have outgrown their systems.
The work sits alongside the software you already use. We do not sell software, and we do not replace what you have. We use whichever AI does the job best this quarter, and we switch when something better arrives.
Every engagement starts by watching the work, so nothing is built on a guess. We are paid on what each system saves, and every system is documented so it can move to your team or anyone else if you ever leave.
