# CXD Automation

> Operations automation for $10M to $50M operators. We find where the same

Three steps on every engagement: the first thirty days, which end with a
system running; a fee set on what that system actually saves; and ongoing
running and improvement. We build nothing until the bottleneck is named.

## The three steps

- [The first thirty days](/services/#analysis): we watch the work, then put the first system live within thirty days of starting. $10,000, invoiced only when it is running. If it is not, there is no invoice.
- [Measured](/services/#build): no charge to build. You keep 80% of what each system saves, with a $500 a month minimum. The system counts its own work, and at ninety days the fee is set on what it actually saved.
- [Run and improve](/services/#run): every live system checked every morning, and moved onto better AI as it arrives.

## What we have built

Client names withheld. No figures claimed until each client gives permission.

- Trucking and grain hauling: a signed bill of lading read from a photo, priced, invoiced and booked into QuickBooks
- Publishing: reader letters and fishing reports arriving as free-form emails, read, chased for what is missing, and packaged for the website and the monthly issue
- Archives and records: decades of scanned PDFs taken apart into articles, photos and captions, tagged and ready to reuse

## What you get

- A system, live in thirty days: running on your real work, plus a written list of what else is worth doing and what each is worth a year
- The monthly page: invoice and scorecard in one, showing what the work would have cost by hand next to what you paid
- Better as AI improves: systems re-tested against new AI as it arrives and moved onto whatever does better
- A straight answer on any AI pitch: forward it, and we say whether it is worth it

## Data handling

Handled so the owner does not have to think about it. Your data stays in your
accounts. We host and run the systems that work on it. NDA as standard; DPA
and BAA where required. Named, scoped access, revoked the day you leave. Your
data trains nothing. Turning a system off is free, and a system can be moved
to you or to whoever you choose, handoff included.
